Axxess Uncapped Express (Sat)

Express + is also incredibly slow tonight. I was also disconnected for most of the day today.
 
Funny thing is I have Axxess, Afrihost AND Telkom Accounts, and they have all been sluggish !
having said that I am getting 360k now ...
 
something definitely wrong here...

downloading from rapidshare @ 330k/sec ... thats not right! :sick:

also getting massive packet loss pinging to various int sites

Could be worse I am download at 70kbs and speed tests are showing download of 0.26mb/s (Speedtest.net) and 1.25mb/s (Axxess speedtest) this has been since Sunday and I have yet got them to admit my line is throttled/shapped
 
I have the same problem on my 384 uncapped fibre. I think the speeds are being throttled! Or some kind of timeout mechanism is in place. I cant even browse, have to refresh several times in browser before page download. this sucks. Download speeds are already not what it is supposed to be and now the browsing as well. Doesn't matter which ISP you go to for uncapped. All ISP's backbone into IS. They say all the roads leads to IS..... I mean Rome!!!
