Axxess vs. Axxess

This is very puzzling.

I consistently get higher download speeds on a 500Mb/s Openserve fibre line when using another ISP's PPPoE account details (that also resells Axxess/Afrihost data), than through the Axxess account itself.

Anyone care to weigh in on what the reason for this could be?

Read through the entire thread and it seems like Axxess is also then capping speeds.
