Just browsing Zoom fibres current pricing from their various isps as the prices seem to change month to month.
Came across axxes doing 1000/500 for R1165pm vs my current cool ideas package from the same FNO for 1599.
Now I've had pretty much zero issues with cool ideas, their support team is pretty good. But R430 cheaper for the same service is quite substantial. Has axxess gone to crap? Last time I had an axxess account was back when uncapped started becoming a thing on adsl.
Do they have routing issues? Do people using them as an isp have speed issues? Is there any sort of hidden FUP for usage, like I've done about 3tb this month with zero issues. With cool ideas 1000/500 does just that and more I get 950 down (118MB/s)and 535(66MB/s) up any time of the day no bs about contention etc etc. So if I can have the same experience for R430 less per month why not.
It's a brand new month so at least there's plenty time to get good feedback.
