Cool Ideas bought Mind the Speed

Looks like we might have to then actually contact cool ideas before the end of the month.
Also not sure if we have to update login details on the router or if it'll be done automagically like MTS did with their management of it. Time will tell on the 1st I guess.

Which ISP are you if you don't mind me asking?
I logged a support ticket with MTS. They'll take it up with CI and get back to us
 
I'm able to navigate to the login page, enter the username and password, complete the "I'm not a robot" verification, and click login. However, the page simply reloads and returns to the login screen without displaying any error message. Password reset emails aren't delivered either.
No! Also can't login and a password reset doesnt work as in I don't receive an email from Cool Ideas. Even if you want support you have to login. Can't login, no support!! Not impressed yet. MTS was the BEST. Cool Ideas got big shoes to fill!

I left cisp for mts....now im forced back onto their... network.

So I won't lose my static IP address? I have a ton of clients opened up to my public IP address and if this changes it will pose a major problem

We will be keeping the same IP space, and we will do our best to retain your existing static IP.
If you have any issue in that regard, you can personally readch out to me and I will assist you to the best of my ability :)
 
So mind the speed has some useful data usage monitoring including the ability to see the current up/down usage.

I was with cool ideas before and I remember them not offering anything similar back then. Now that we're able to login to the cool ideas portal it looks as if they still don't have anything?
Unfortunately we do not offer usage tracking on our portal. We can however still see usage per PPPoE session on our end, and have no problem sharing that if requested.
The feedback remains the same as what you have listed there

Due to the uncapped and unshaped nature of our products we don't currently offer any way to check your data usage on a line.
This can, however, be setup on your local network; it's best to contact your IT consultant to get assistance in setting this up.

Please note, our team confirmed that portal access will only be available from 1 May 2025.
MTS will also be sending out Comms to correct the date (comunicated 18 April instead of 1 May)

So when I try to log in the portal, it does not work, I use the reset the my password, an email shows up in my inbox, and I click on the reset, it takes me back to the reset my password, I type my email, and the cycle continues:

I'm paying for 200/200 and I'm getting 100/100 my tax invoice says cancelled as well this is very confusing...

One week after migration from MTS to Cool Ideas and no internet because they couldn't get Vumatel to assign IP address.
The reason I left them in the first place and subscribed to MTS was endless issues.

You had a whole week to do it and ideally during office hours. Have logged a ticket and have been informed that it can only be done tomorrow.

Anyone else experiencing peering issues on Cool Ideas (MFN) today since 8:30? I can reach 1.1.1.1 but not 8.8.8.8 for example.
