Backup Android Device to PC via USB

You need to give the app permissions. Process will depend on your Android version.

Can't you see both memories on the Server? See the top of my screen-shot.

If yes, then you create 2 "jobs" on the PC - one job per SD card. You can also group the jobs

Sorry, can't help further. Maybe you can drop them a mail with your screen-shots and see how fast they respond?

Unless SD card A5 is the other card?

Nope. A5 is actually the one that shows all the content on the PC for the SD card that is selected. Anyways I'll message the developer and see if they respond. Thanks again for your input and advice.

It is my pleasure to try to help.

Don't have problems with this on any of my Xiaomi/Samsung devices.

Could try plonk in an OTG Flashdrive and backup to that.

The good sync works perfect, I just use an USB. I need to get a new OTG as my existing one doesn't make nice contact. Hopefully early next year I can get rid of this LG and then switch to Xiaomi.

Does GoodSync copy app data as well or do you need root for that?

Android Folder? It looks like it. Although doesn't look like it copies everything on the phone memory as the used space on the phone is more than double the stuff being copied. So there is probably hidden files or protected files not being copied.
