Bad Google Kitkat!

They are giving away 1000 tablets between September and December this year. That's around 250 per month, on average, which is around 8 per day. Has anyone won one? I've entered many, many times on many days, but have pretty much given up now

They'll see it was sent in before the slip's time stamp. Unless you say you ate it in the queue, which is a crime according to some here

I am using USSD Commander to send the entries so its not so much hard work but I have not won anything. If I at least know of someone that has I will keep on trying but at this stage it looks like they didn't get the response that they hoped for and are quietly dumping the comp!
