BAD Openweb Service!

well seeming that this post is still open wow last post 2006 ouch.

any hoo i have learned with openweb that getting angry at them, is a moot point.

i have purchased a few accounts from openweb, i got a 3gig semi unshaped fibre account and in the evenings i disconnect my connection, but before i dsc my router i check on my account usage, here is the real kicker when i connect in the mornings there was about 500mbs usage gone, i did try to sort it out with openweb, but they just said that they cant do anything about it and that my router must have been hacked into and my account and password has been stolen.

Here comes my question how do you hack a router with a 40 chr password which contains letters numbers and some wildcards, anyone?

i am not trying to start a war but i just want my question answered because its in my question that the answer lies but i just want to know what kind of program you can use to hack a 40 chr password from a netgear router and also give me the link to the program so i can start hacking

There might have been a delay in the update of account usage when you checked the night before.

Possibly, which leads me to my next question i use netlimiter and i know that most of us know netlimiter i use netlimiter to monitor my usage, from the moment i connect to my account the first time till the end of the account, and there have been huge differences in usage.

Does this mean netlimiter is unreliable?

And why don't they answer the phones omw i am trying to get my details for my fibre account which i have asked 2 days ago and i still get no reply and i have already paid for it.

Ask for a refund and get one from Axxess. You can get your username and password instantaneously. No waiting.

I am using Uncapped Express+ and it rocks :)

PS: I bet you OpenWeb sort you out very fast ofter they see this post :D

You know i dont usually go for openweb, bad history, i used webafrica i say i want an account and they say, sure sir how high should i jump. but only openweb has the fibre accounts which i use for low latency gaming but i dont think the aggravation is worth it.:mad:

They the same as the ones OpenWeb is selling. GuileX is in need of that type of account.

Guilex i use webafrica unshaped for gaming no hassles:)

Actually Nexus offers fibre (semi-shaped) accounts too and were the first-to-market with a prepaid version, *my 2c*

Well i have paid my account on the 1st of this month and today is the 5th and its weekend which means that openweb is closed, and i have yet to see my account details i "probably" get it on the 8th meaning that it took 8 days to sort this out. There telephone keeps ringing and then going to a busy or of the hook tone. Why do i bother.

Why not just forward support calls to your cellphone instead when you have no support people to answer the phones during normal working hours?

Because there always are support people answering the phones during office hours.

If Telkom installs the 9 extra lines ordered, we can deploy our extra staff to assist.

Telkom are much faster when ordering a business telephone line than residential phone lines (Unless you are working from your house or garage) :p

Prove me wrong on this and publish your business address on your website under contacts. :D
