Basic Dual Core AMD/Intel components - PCINT

Dude, do what ever you want, you asked for advice and it was free.I wont judge you based on what you buy.

My Q6600 PC system is up for sale and it will do what you want.

i know, I'm just finding it a pain in the ass to try sift thru all the trillions of motherboard candidates out there....I see ikonicit also got a bunch....is Asus a good board or should one really stick with Intel / Gigabyte boards? Then theres MSI and Jetway etc etc...

Geez, I thought it might be simpler to see if anyone has done their homework on whats a good board for under R1000. I'm trying to build a quad core under 3000, just mobo, RAM, CPU, GPU and chassis.

Comparing all those crappy low end boards turned my stomach. So here is the best bang for buck I could come up with

i only wanted to spend like 2500 but this is the best i could come up with for a decent scalable solution, grand total of R4096. Can anyone do better? I dare u!:)
