BBM for Android and iPhone: 100% commitment but no launch date

They say that there no shuch thing as bad advertising, but this is a epic fail. :wtf:

I've lost interest after the way they fscked up the last launch...

Just look what app is in the Top 5 in the Play Store and you'll have your answer :D

Failberry.

Not really surprised, they can't seem to do anything right nowadays.

There are still tens of millions of blackberry users. I'm sure at least one cares. Okay, maybe just one.

Yup, it surprises me every time that someone claims nobody is using BBM anymore :erm:

EDIT: And what the **** does this mean:
BlackBerry said that it is pausing the global roll-out of BBM (BlackBerry Messenger) for Android and iPhone to make sure the app “lives up to expectations”.
Could they be any more vague?

Totally excited on the day of launch, slowly lost interest, two days ago I installed Whatsapp (still a Google Talk user, but not everyone is on board). Now I don't see the point of BBM anymore.

Translated "none marketing" speak:

You people broke our servers(2 many people), so now we have to halt roll-out till we can upgrade existing infrastructure.... and new owners is holding the cheque book.

Maybe the Private Equity firm looking to purchase blackberry pulled the plug until they complete their due diligence.

I was excited when I first heard about this at the beginning of this year, so I could get to try it on my iPhone and S3.

However, after these failed startup attempts, I couldn't give a damn. They can go and stuff their BBM app. If this is the kind of service they give, I am not interested in their platform any longer. WhatsAPP works great for me, so go take a hike RIM.....I am no longer interested in downloading or trying BBM out.
