What do you think BEE/AA is in detail and what is the point to it, reason, justification and reasons it is not seen as reverse racism. Let us Debate this in full and I'm taking this to the D.A and court.

This site will give you a comprehensive information on what BEE/AA is in detail and the rationale.

You can also read on http://www.thedti.gov.za/bee/BEEAct-2003-2004.pdf about it and rationale for transformation.

Well what purpose is it serving today? Besides enriching the black elite, I am referring to BEE. It has done nothing for the "people".
Oh and AA has definitely done this country good.
Our infrastructure is fantastic

Well at the moment BEE enriches the few elites, but BEE as a concept I agree with, the government needs to make more people benefit from it, hence BBBEE was introduced, but we'll see if that works and if a lot more people benefit from it.

I'm quite happy with the infrastructure construction around the Pretoria and Joburg areas. So AA gets a big thumbs up from me. Jungleboy knows a lot more about AA so I'll leave it to him to explain to you. :)

The fact that the corporate world is
abusing AA will probably result in it being with us a lot longer.

I recall hearing that children who started school after 1994 will not be eligible for AA positions, is this true?

There is no such bloody thing as reverse racism.
Exactly, it's just racism.

When are we going to have what we actually need, FAIR JUSTICE.

Eye-for-an-eye based on race is no justice it is injustice.

From the BEE site:

"Broad-based Black Economic Empowerment (B-BBEE) is an initiative launched by the South African Government to address the restrictions that exist within the country for Black individuals to participate fairly in the economy"

FAIRLY???

Oh and we are the only darn nation on this planet to 'welcome' illegal aliens, and especially so with a nation who has halved the value of our currency. to top it all, they are further filling jobs which could have been filled by black south africans, and thus the white guy is even more restricted.

i don't like this, i want a neurenburg-like international trail, to fully understand how to solve the injustices of the past, and factor in all sides of the argument, and to find an appropirate and fair solution which fulfills justice for all

Personally I think denying someone of a job that they are qualified for based on their skin colour is pathetic. If you got the skills you deserve the job regardless of colour.

This whole BEE/AA is a load of horse Sh*t, get rid of it, but they wont because our "new" government is getting back at the whites. Sad but true.
