Belhar-ADSL problems

Random spikes in the internet that increases my gaming pings to 1000ms while it generally is at 25ms. The lags spike around peak hours on weekends and at times around 12am. The problem has increased in the pass few weeks, I'm automatically disconnected and my router losses connection to the internet, I can only wait it out.
