Nexus One - Only because I have my name on the back
edit - also the fact that updates will always be OTA via Google and not dependant on what Leaf SA wants to do.
Your parents named you "Google"!?!? If you are older than 14, then either they are true visionaries, or absolute boffins.

So is the HTC desire a great phone or should I wait for the Galaxy S to come out end of September?
I'd go with the Desire. I bought one, and it's incredible. I wouldn't bother waiting for the Galaxy.
Only problem I have with Samsung is that I hear that they abandon phones. The Desire might be getting Gingerbread whereas with the Galaxy they are stopping at Froyo! Plus I think Samsung mixed things up, they should have made the wave a bit bigger and put Android on it and then the Galaxy could have had Bada and could be smaller. Then the Wave would 100% be the best phone on the market, although I am dreaming now!
Yes but do you really want a community upgrade, I would rather stuck with official updates! And no, I said the screen sizes should also be swapped! Although a swapping of os's would also be great, then I would have gone with the WAve
However, waiting until September for the Galaxy S feels like an eternity!!!
EXACTLYSince froyo was announced by google pretty much all the big apps have released updates to do with installing on sd card so I think by the time we actually get htc froyo all apps should be compatible and space shouldnt be an issue.
I loaded a community android on my HTC, and it had quite a lot of things not working. Community stuffies don't always work that well so I wait for the official updates![]()
