AFAIK WBS' 15th floor Executive Management still have not issued an apology to any of their customers - not even the customers that suffered with speedlessness - I certainly have not received any such email.
If WBS' Executive Management want their Karma to change, they had better signup WBS as an ISPA member & Sasan etc must swear a blood oath [their own 15th floor Executive Management blood - i.e. not blood from the 21st floor] to behave as a good little ISP from now on.
