Big changes headed to Google Assistant

Google has announced several updates to Google Assistant coming in 2020.

The company said Assistant is now available on over 1 billion devices, and it will expand support to a range of new smart displays, speakers, headphones, and soundbars from multiple manufacturers.

It also unveiled the new features that will be introduced this year, detailed below.

I can say "Okay Google" all I like and get 0 love from Google Assistant, but let me watch something on TV and the assistant pops up the whole damn time.

I just wish they'd change that wake word ....

'Alexa' just sound so much better than 'OK, Google ...'

Pretty sure you can make it whatever you want.

I feel like it should take "No dammit" as an instruction to forget what it just heard.
"hey google, search for alternative specs"
"No, dammit"
