Biohacking/Longevity and reversing aging

Eish, its quiet here. If I look at the amount of response here and how few SA users are on forums like Longecity, I get the feeling that most South Africans are not interested in longevity and enhancing themselves.

Most people in SA don't have the time or money to invest in gains that are very marginal, and sometimes questionable. Best "bio hacking" advise is to reduce stress, eat a healthy diet that has very few refined carbs, lose excess weight and get out and exercise at least three times a week.

You also post articles which encourage the use of illegal drugs. No wonder no one is taking you seriously...

Fark that shyte, I work hard enough to just provide and survive. One lifetime is enough thank you very much why would I want to live to be 100 or even 112? Nea, I'll be happy with a 75, gives me 15 years to chow my lifetime savings :D

Because beyond the baseline stuff (diet, blood tests, lifestyle etc.) the other interventions & therapies are usually so expensive and out of reach for most people, especially in SA. Those that are interested in the fringe approaches are probably already discussing it on relevant forums & platforms.
