It's no secret that you're the only person on here with a perfect connection But seriously not a bit harsh, I also get low pings on Diablo 3 190ms, but low pings don't mean stable pings on my connection, it'll spike up to 500-600ms every 30seconds or so due to the packet loss caused by the interference...

Just last night I queued up for a competitive CSGO game , started out with a pretty 30ms pings, about 3 minutes into the games I've experienced rough 5 spikes to 200ms with 30% loss each time, half through the game, random disconnect, couldn't connect back within time, and bam, competitive ban for 24hours because "I left the game"!

Its also no secret that the majority of people on here experience said interference, so I wouldn't think its to harsh to advise someone to steer clear of Bitco if gaming is their priority, seeing that they only have about a 1/10 chance to not get interference...

On the plus side, Infrastructure has become available in my complex for ADSL, so I'll getting a capped account for my gaming needs, and use Bitco for my work and downloads, and I won't be on here complaining so much anymore

By all means. I understand and appreciate people having issues. Not downplaying it at all. I just feel it's unjust to say it's not for gaming when I have flawless gaming .

Is the game at least stable on the adsl? I'll add you as well, will only play comps with you once my adsl is sorted, don't want to handicap you with my packet loss haha

I'll add you all this afternoon. It is stable on ADSL for me. With bitco I had packet loss every 10-15 seconds but it got way worse this month. Cancelled and got 2mb/s ADSL. I miss streaming in HD but my nerves are much better without the lag/packet loss.

Buddy... with respect, I was in the same boat as you, my gaming was flawless no matter what game i played and no matter what time of day or night.

Then one day that flawless performance is taken away, with no fix or process of rectifying the problem, how would you react?

Let's say you play CS:GO one night, you would go into the lobby you would select a server and proceed to play the game but then just before you enter the game it just hangs,no matter what time of day or night you cannot access the game. Now this is where the frustration kicks in, Destiny works,COD AW works,Forza 5 works and Far Cry 4 works but not BF4............. WHY? and why can't they fix it, a whole month.

Again with respect you would be reacting in exactly the same way, my grandfather always use to say "people don't remember you for your greatest achievement but for your biggest **** up" and in my opinion this is an epic fail.

There network is currently not suitable for gaming. FACT!

It has been one month already and they still haven't fixed the problem!!!

I would be pretty pissed off if it started to go wonky I agree with you 100%. I just have no reason to be pissed off at the moment /touch wood.
I really do hope they can fix all the issues in here I really really really do.

Sumi bought the game for me to test on Bitco when he applied to sign up. I have played a few hours since then on and off. But I'm normally 3rd or 4th last

Which servers you guys play on?

I mainly play the lobby servers with the lowest ping. I think mostly Mweb

I'm in Centurion, but you'll find people all over having the same problems, might I ask what you're going to use your connection for, reason I'm asking is, because if you're not a online gamer, you'll probably be happy with Bitco, the only reason I haven't pushed for an early cancellation yet, is because some days I work from home and every so often download a massive single player steam game (Bitco has made me like single player offline games again), and for general internet usage, and some big downloading during the evening, Bitco works just fine, but as soon as you step into an online game you're going to start swearing...

Thing is, I don't want to be a gamer anymore, since studies and work tends to pay the bills.
But at the end I do crash hard back on League of Legends.... other than that, for now ill just browse and Youtube.....

I do like the torrents quiet a bit also but that's a different story.

Hmm there's a bit of a mixup at BitCo with regards to my details. I first received someone else's sales order a month or so ago and now someone from BitCo phoned me and thought I was someone else.

I'm just not that sure about getting the BitCo installation anymore. I used to see such positive comments here and good support. These days questions here don't get answered and I see frustrated customers.

So I just don't know. I already moved my installation to next month.

Mmmm doubt its steam, if that was the case every one on the server would be bitching (but its normally just me lol) it has happened in the past, that there were issues with MWEB (who host the Match Making servers in CSGO) and people were pretty vocal about it online.

I went through a phase like this, but then I slapped myself and realized its all about balance, you can't be productive 100% of your waking hours... as for torrents if you queue them before you go to bed you can bliksem them through the night, will easily do about 15-20gb on a 5mbs connection, but they get shaped hard during the day after Bitco changed their fair usage policy
