When is the service going to be available. what can we expect and how much?

Around the 1Mbps upload speed on the 2Mbps and 5Mbps packages; is this just a limit imposed by Bitco or is it a limitation of the infrastructure?
If just a limit of Bitco, would you look at increasing this for a fee, like a few of the other providers do?
Asking as roughly once a month I have to upload a ton of software patches, and sometimes it comes to quite a few Gigs, so it would be handy if it could be done?

Now I am even more confused, I thought "If they find that there is line of site, they will install immediately" so I had to be home for someone to jump on the roof, look at a hill and say ok they will call to arrange an install date?!

If they cannot install immediately they take pictures back to the office for review and a decision will be made if the link will work or not.

Yes, your guys were on my roof (cannot recall their names) I believe that they could get very poor signal in the direction of clearwater mall but obviously not enough.
I can see the ridge from Northcliff Hill all the way over to Constantia Kloof and beyond... It would be awesome if you guys had something along that ridge top.
Yup, but most of the original guys are gone now... families / jobs take priority. I'm still connected but not involved. Too busy with work and life etc.
