This morning my speeds look better, but my downloads stop at 6AM and its now 7:20AM and I'm still throttled?

Your throttle speed would be 2mbps. If not throttled I suggest you get in contact with Mike or Garth, something not right then. Looks like you're on 2Mbps instead of 5

I'm kinda in the same boat again. I'm in the process of acquiring another property. This means my connection needs to be moved. Once everything is cast in stone I will have to try and get the closest tower from either Mike or Garth to see if I can see the tower. I have my doubts though, but can surely make a plan. Frightened I might not have coverage and that will be a travesty...

I have noticed you have removed the 2Mbps option on the Home Internet, is this to make space for something more nicer?? and will we see a price drop/free upgrade to the next?

Yes we have dropped the 2Mbps product as we found its not fast enough for proper online streaming and we are hopefully going to launch a higher speed product in the next few months
