BLACKBERRY PROBLEM!!

I've tried everything and am pulling my hair out.

I bought 2nd hand Vodafone Blackberry Bold 9000. Now it won't connect to BIS as my other one did and it says an account already exists for this IMEI and PIN on the site http://www.mobileemail.vodafonesa.co.za/

I'll send device details if anyone can help (vodacom3g included)

You're gonna need the ID and letter from the prvious account holder to sort it out, call 082155 if you're with Vodacom and they'll tell you where to fax it to.
