Also logged a complaint even though they already contacted me after I complained directly to them and they even admitted there is a problem.

Vodacom phoned me today, apologised for their terrible Blackberry service and promised that they are working hard on resolving it. The VC rep couldn't give me a date for this to be resolved but at least she acknowledged that a lot of their Blackberry users are complaining and that they know it's not working... I'm happier ;-)
