Just install a game like Asphalt on your Wildfire and see what I mean. Oh wait you cant, same with millions of other applications on the market. Face it, its a crap phone esp if you compare it to the old High end phones like say a HTC Desire.

Again its a pity SA dont keep old High end phones around and drop the price so that they fall on the same price level as the cheap crap, like the States.

Totally agree. The closest thing we have here at the moment is the Motorola Defy. Got it from MTN for R89/month. I'm not sure if it's still available though.

Wow that graph just shows my there are way to many noobs on the vodacom.. They just take blackberry because the sales people forcefeed them a load of cr@p about how good suckberry is... They tried it with me as well allthough I came in and asked for the phone I wanted.. Then they try and force a blackberry on you because they got a container full lying arround in their storeroom and android or iphone phones have waiting periods of a week or 3..

I quickly told the sales person to butt out and give me the phone I want and to stop try and sell me something I don't need or want...

The Motorola Defy at R89 was a good deal. Another well spec'd phone is the Samsung Galaxy Y available from VC on Top Up for R99 p.m. (includes R99 of airtime). Or the Galaxy Ace for R119 p.m. with R100 air time and 100MB of data.
