Blood Pressure...

133/84.

Took a teaspoon of cayenne in hot water, and an hour later it is 127/76

What is the difference between a panic attack/anxiety attack and high/low blood pressure?

Yesterday I was washing walls and floors and helped carry so light weighing shelves and all of a sudden i felt ill and had to go down on my haunches and when I stood my head was spinning so down again and this went on for at least half an hour or more. I put it down to high blood and or a anxiety attack or something.

I started a new job here and the night I was told I must come in the next day, I had a panic/anxiety attack and felt very ill very similar to what i experienced coming over the the USA on Virgin Atlantic and in 2009 on a Delta flight.

I have had very bad attacks here in Florida since moving here.

Go for an ECG "with stress" test. May need a stent. Hereditary......
...or the thought of "work " terrified you ?
Also hereditary......

Note to self - cayenne peppa drink on the morrow! Great stuff that, I'm glad that there's a 100% natural solution.

It also helps for people with stomach ulcers, or so I've heard...

Maybe I should start a fizzy cayenne pepper drink? :D

+1

You serious about the ulcer? The SO suffers frim an ulcer.

Start off with half a teaspoon of pepper in a glass of water, and work up from there.

I found that having less water (1/8th of a glass) I can drink it quicker and not have much of a burning mouth afterwards... :o

So 12 days ago did about three days of the pepper...my bp went from its usual 130/80...to 140/85 +......took a few days to come down again...clearly my body does not like the pepper routine...
