I don't agree with your reading or your method.

If you release the pressure at 7 mm Hg per sec then:
If your heart rate is 60 bpm your BP can vary up to 7 mm Hg per reading.

Consecutive readings on the same arm are not reliable due to expansion of the arteries.
You will need to wait at least 5 minutes between readings.

Best practice is to round off. Thus 134/87 becomes 130/90.

You saying weed is good or bad? CBD's worked with me. Almost 3 years now of normal blood pressure using CBD's. My father too! He actually got to stop the HBP medication he was using because of CBD's. Medication gave him kidney disease.

Medical research experts do clinical studies... Anybody who's not an idiot can read and understand most clinical studies and put together a logical summary of said studies. If you try very hard even you might be able to as well if you aren't an idiot.
 
So some ne'er-do-well blagged my BP monitor. Baaaah. It is more than two years old.

I bought a new one at Dischem. Found that you have to calibrate it every two years. Its travel bag was also tired of life.

In that case, I'll just buy a new one every two years then as it'll work out cheaper. Plus you get a new cuff etc.

Now I wonder if the old one was out of calibration, and will give erroneous readings... Meh, not my problem now.

Had a choice between a plain vanilla monitor and a fancy monitor where you can access your data via an app on your smartphone, decided nah, they don't need my data, and opted for the plain vanilla model.

The first one is a plain Aspirin.
The Simvastatin is a statin to lower cholesterol.
Plagrol is almost the same as Aspirin and is an salicylic and probably conflicts with the first tablet. Could cause internal bleeding or excessive bleeding in combination with aspirin.
The last one is a normal blood pressure tablet.

I take aspirin (thin blood), a beta-blocker (control heart rate and BP), a statin (cholesterol) and then another to stop the previous 3 deleting my stomach (again).

All those just seem a bit overkill just for BP (I take mine because my heart is farked, so may be a bit more to it than just BP for him).
 
My cardio told me on my last visit to stop simvastatins immediately....bad write ups worldwide it seems
