BLUETOOTH HEADSETS NOT CONNECTING

Guys I'm really struggling to connect Bluetooth headphones to windows 7 PCs I have asked other baby techs to help me to no avail...
Is there Bluetooth software that can make it easier? The standard win 7 user interface is crappy

Do the PCs actually have Bluetooth hardware..? Ain't going to work otherwise.. If they do, look fort the hardware vendors software they provide..
