As for the 15:00 questions.

Isn't there a Big Currie Cup clash at 15:00? I think the 17:00 slot is occupied by lesser important CC games. I might be wrong.

15:00 Leopards Lions Rustenburg, South Africa

Nope.

Think thats why the Sharks, Bulls and Cheetahs, WP games are on friday.

I am quite a fan of chilliboy to be honest :)

Lol, yeah he isn't a bad player and much less of a shock than Januarie but imo he is not ready for test rugby yet and not the best sub-hooker we have by a step or two.

I havent been this excited for a game in a long time. (more so than the lions tour) Before we actually started playing poorly, the lions tour was a sure bet, and so less enjoyable in reality.

To say we are outright favorites against New Zealand is to ignore our poor showing against the lions, folly if there ever was such a thing. I expect an even tussle as per usual.

Something tells me we might finally wake up for this game. Our players have never been the brightest tacticians and so the unfamiliar lions players may have caused us to play outside our comfort zones, and thus below our actual quality. But with the Kiwi's our guys spend most of the year plotting to take them out in either the super 14 or the trinations, so in reality we should find dialing in for these games slightly easier from a tactical perspective. Brain farts aside, which under P Divvy have a higher than normal possibility of showing their ugly heads, we should take this game. But only by a little.

Woohoo, time for some real footy.

... oh yes, and there is always that distant hope the stars align, the blades of grass depart, and we finally witness the most elusive of glories .... a fifty point win against the shackle-dragger's humble neighbors (a guy can dream).

I think our squad selection is just about right and definately set for a clash, like said earlier, our guys have been hungry for this all year and can't wait until 5pm :)

*Footy is slang for Football as in soccer I think.

Google Definition: Footy:
The game or sport of football, usually Australian rules football or rugby;
Football (American soccer).

In that case, I'm set for a classic footsy-footsy

That explains it. I see it used a lot in union/league rugby forums in Oz. Its obviously a throw-over from aussie rules.

Time for a bump! Have been reading a few rugby columns all saying that history is against a Bok victory in Bloem today...
