We get that too apparently after each full year working for the employer. I wouldn't call R2000 after tax a bonus though.

Found out we must wait till end of Dec to get our bonus. Still not sure what it is but I think it's prorated since I'm only here 6 months.

My bonus this year was over 200% of my monthly salary.

Just received mine. Only been at the company since beginning of March so was only for 10 months, not 12.

Still better than nothing.

Really wish I was a director now. Wouldn't mind getting R150k bonus. However that is before tax though.
