Budget Tablet for kid

I am looking to buy my kid a cheap tablet. It will mainly be used for games. Minecraft, angry birds, etc

How would the Vodacom Smart Tab 3G fair running these games? And what type of build quality could I expect?

Probably looking at spending R1000.

Edit. I just seen the MTN Steppa. Seams as if it has better features than the Vodacom Smart Tab. Anybody know the cash price of the MTN Steppa?

Please don't buy any of the Mtn or Vodacom tablets, they all rubbish!! Rather check for a used Huawei 8" media tab,great little tablets and you won't be sorry.

The Vodafone tab is good my 4yeAr enjoys it depends
