Buffalo couriers

I think that makes a big difference, mine goes via a Pepstore (paxi).

My dad ordered something two weeks after me and got it before me, because he's in an outlying area, they used a proper courier.
So in the beginning they used Fastway with me.
Then 2 items came in via Paxi and I hated it. Don't remember if I complained to buffalo or not but I stopped using it for a few months.
Then recently I started using the again. I can't remember actually who they used the last time, but there is a package on the way today so will see.

Paxi is horrible, even though the peps is close to me, like 4km away, I still don't like it.

Fastway used to be super fast.

But now, I see an item is handed over to them on the 18th and only out for delivery today. Which feels kinda long, used to be shorter with fastway. Should probably look at who the courier is today. Fastway used to send an email to me with tracking code when buffalo handed over to them, so I suspect this must be a different courier since I didn't get that.
 
Funny, so the parcel sent via Paxi is still on the way from Johannesburg... ordered 31 August (I estimate it will probably only be available for collection 1 October based on past experience)

The order placed on 14 September is out for delivery with Dawn Wing.

Gonna see if I can somehow get Buffalo not to use Paxi

My order placed on the 12th is still showing "Scanned in at SA warehouse:[Airport DC]" from the 2 days ago.

How is this company so inconsistent
 
Was this for that stolen consignment?
No - the stolen consignment they re-sent without any issues, it is already through customs and scanned at the warehouse.

This was for a different item that only had Aramex as shipping option. Aramex charged R313 for VAT, clearance fee and disbursement. So the tariff insurance covers all of that.
 
Anyone else noticed some sellers on Aliexpress now allows shipping with Cainiao super saver? I hope this is using Buffalo.
 
I sadly stopped using Aliexpress as the seller mostly stopped using the post office, opting for options much too expensive.
 
Buffalo Logistics customer services is just terrible, I also received my letter on 29 September 2021 and guess mine shows "lost in warehouse"
I wonder if they Buffalo Logistics will only claim for their truck or will they claim for the truck and parcels....
I still can't believe that they put the responsibility on the Sellers in China.
 
It is annoying when this happen, but at least the tracking keeps one up to date.

My tracking status says in transit to Cape Town facility. I need to know if they call when they are delivering package. The contact numbers on website do not work. They claim the whatsapp is faster reply but I get nothing and the email addresses is automated messages. Communication is a joke. They take your money and then there is no communication from them. My package is from Shein.
