Buffalo couriers

@Liza1978 complaining to all of us here wont make your package get delivered any sooner. Just wait. This is probably one of the busiest seasons for couriers.

You pay for what you get. Buffalo costs far less than DHL. You can always pay extra for expedited shipping

They don't call before delivery.

My last two parcels were delivered by Churchills Couriers (they used Fastway Couriers in the past) and they don't call you.
 
I cannot recall any courier service that calls ahead in this day and age. They might* call you if they fail to deliver the item though. Some others might be nice and send you an SMS to let you know that you are their next stop (but those are all automated and not always accurate). Picup is nice with their SMS in that they include a link that allows you to track the delivery to you, live. Takealot used to call ahead, but that was to "schedule" the delivery day. Not sure if they still do that even. You are either there for delivery, or you ain't. If you are not available, they try again.

Definitely don’t need a call from anyone but an SMS or Email the day before delivery goes a long way in saving both my and their time.

Yeah, not all of us sit around twiddling our thumbs at home or the office all day long, I hate waiting around for couriers to deliver at whatever random time suits their schedule and then they don't pitch and you have to wait around for another day.

Most annoying when they just rock up and then have a kak attitude when you aren’t there as if you should magically know.

Luckily having automated my front gate and having a camera there depending on the package I often can just let them in and back out again.
 
Buffalo logistics worst corrier even I received an message and email to pay I did and after 4 days a message keeps on pooping up for me to pay .. the send them an email , WhatsApp message even try to call unreachable and no response

I ordered some lights from Banggood. They now requesting an importers code which I do not have. I have only brought in something once in the last year. Do I really need to apply for this code or is there a way around this.

Just send your ID number, that should be all they need. If possible, always choose tax free shipping, much quicker and easier

I believe its only 3 imports per year and under 20k banggood often splits the packages. There is a thread on Mybb somewhere on how to get the code if you want to go that route.

Hi guys, I just want to confirm that when you order from banggood they still deliver to your door instead of the post office?
Our post office is closing so don't want to end up scratching my head to get my post. I will also definitley take the tax free option

They deliver to your door ... or at a PAXI location that might not exactly be close. Some peeps have reported having to drive an hour to go and collect their parcel. Still better than the post office.
 
What does appointment required mean it's been a week now since its stuck there
 
so like I’m back … wtf is up with them rocking up at your house without sending an SMS / email minutes or been hours in advance? These past 2 days my package has been rescheduled because they decide they’ll arrive at a time that’s a bit inconvenient to me and now the driver said he’ll be returning it to the warehouse when I pleaded that he brings it tomorrow , like I’m actually pissed.
