Bug Tracker

Hi Guys

We are developing a website that is used within the company. Many of the staff started sending emails with bugs, possible improvements, and suggestions for new features.

Now, our project dept is too useless to manage these requests and I would like to setup a bug tracker system.

The tracker system must be able to do:

>> Lists bugs and mark them as fixed
>> Lists tasks (new features / improvements)
>> Easy setup

I came across the tool http://webissues.mimec.org - it looks promising.

Is there other software out there that I can look into? Preferably open source.

Looks a bit complicated to setup and I don't want to waste resources trying to.
However, it looks very powerful - maybe I'll give it a shot this weekend.

Also, if you you Bitbucket you can use their basic issue tracking which is enough for small projects (Free for up to 5 users). There are quite a few listed here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Comparison_of_issue-tracking_systems

I setup Bugzilla a good few years ago and it was simple enough. Not too sure about the recent builds though, but it sure is powerful enough.

All the Firefox bugs are tracked through this.
