I was wondering if anyone could direct me to the right people as I manage a few buildings with sight lines that cover all of Befordview and parts of Edenvale & Germiston.

The buildings have perfect line of sight for cell towers or bridging points between towers. Im looking at renting the space as it would give the buildings added revenue.

Anyone know people at Vodacom / MTN / Telkom / Cell C, I might get in contact about this?

It looks to me that they are rather looking for locations to separate towers. They use microwave links in rural areas, not areas with underground infrastructure.

Thats fine Im saying I have multiple high points to mount antennas to. How they interconnect their equipment is their issue, but it seems like an opportunity for both parties.

Rather relay this opportunity to WISP's and allow them to come do a site survey. These agreements (and attached regulations) can be tough and you will also have responsibility towards power, 24/7 access etc. Normally areas like these have some noise so it might not be a viable high site depending on the usage.

Some personal advice, should a network service provider had any reason or interest putting up a radio site, they would have contacted you already.

There are also some ISP's who will be interested in putting up links... don't know about your area, Western Cape is my playground.
