Grass fed and low in dioxins? Unfortunately I haven't found any data on our local butter.
until somebody can show me scientific evidence that we have a dioxin problem in SA then I'm not going to stress about it

I don't think it's SA specific, but general. Fats and dioxins in general. I'm erring on the side of caution in that I know that the irish stuff is well monitored.

The trouble is getting information and whether it's believable.
Here's the typical Irish dairy dioxin level compared with the EU limit (red line)

yeah well, where does erring on the side of caution end? you might as well stop eating any animal products if you're really worried about it
I'd imagine it'd benefit you more on a lchf diet.
exactly
Illy espresso beans look like a good option for BP coffee. It's single origin Arabic.
Still no Kerrygold unsalted anywhere I've been unfortunately.
If anyone sees it in the wild, please take a photo and tell us where to find it?
It's this one:

East London unfortunately. I wish someone would offer a courier service for that - it looks pretty awesome.where in ZA are you?
If CPT, you can get unsalted grass fed better from http://thinkorganic.co.za/eggs-butter/butter-unsalted
Why do you specifically want unsalted? Unless you have sky high blood pressure, there's nothing wrong with the salted option. Best tasting butter I've had in years. Pity I don't eat bread anymore. But it's great on literally everything else.
I use salted and love it.
I had it tonight with salt. And crikey - a full cup of Illy espresso beans is caffeine charged! I would like to taste it without salted butter - I found it too bitter overall and I generally have mine without sugar. It was a bit harsh with the salt I think. Certainly could be a meal replacement in that you don't feel remotely hungry for some time after a cup. Not low calorie for sure, but healthy fats. What's missing is a bit of vitamins.
I may just use the coconut oil and butter in a berry smoothie instead...
Salt counterracts bitterness. Might be something else.
