Business Debit Order Collections

Does anyone know/have any recommendations on what companies or banks to use when it comes to business debit order collections?

I have tried Standard Bank - sent them a bunch of emails, sent a business relationship manager a bunch of emails and eventually tried their call centre. The lady we spoke to said she would call us back but never did.

I have tried Netcash - they put us on hold and eventually after 12 minutes the call ended/failed. We've tried several times - no luck!

I have tried DirectDebit - The same problem, they don't answer emails.

We have literally called every other bank in South Africa and for some strange reason, they have no clue what debit order collections are

Does anyone use any debit order collection service or provider that they are happy with? Would appreciate if we could get some contact details instead of their usual call centre/sales department that doesn't bother answering our calls or emails.

I use Amplifin. Been using Amplifin since around the year 2000. They recently changed their name from Intecon to Amplifin.
