Anyone else notice the deathly silence from the installed MWEB reps here today?

My apologies Koosi, I didn't realize that you were expecting further commentary from us on the matter.

Since we last spoke you have not made any further attempts to make contact with me. I was quite taken aback to hear that you had made the decision to cancel subsequent to our attempts to resolve the issues with your Telkom line. I really wish there was something I could do to change your mind and I am genuinely concerned that you will continue to have line problems going forward which is something I would have liked the opportunity to assist you with further.

I'd like to ask that you let me know how things go with your connection going forward and if at any stage you would like to reconsider your decision please contact me directly and I will assist you in any way possible.
