hehe, nah...
As im a gfx designer i made a quick mock-up of some unknown camera brand - printed it and gonna stick it on the box. covered all sony logo's as well.
can't wait to see the expression on her face!

I started to crap my pants when she opened it in front of her cousin and her best friend (who both have fancy camera's - her friend had the exact same one i bought, but not in pink....
"Aw cool! A camera! thank yoooooou!" *Kisses*
well, I guess she was just being polite but man they can lie in your face haha, put such a fake act on without flinching
turns out it wasn't the picture of the camera that put her off, but the fact that it said only 1 megapixel on the box. apparently the name didn't do anything as well as she "doesn't know camera brands" :erm:
so in conclusion: it seems its all about the numbers & specs for women

The shop I went to was really cheap! I'd suggest some of you go there for camera equipment!
Sony S930 Web Price: R1200-R1300 : CNA/etc sells them for R1700
Sony W210 Web Price: R2500-R2800 : Masons sells them for R1900
