Can anyone help me programme my Rii i25 mini remote

Hey there. I've just purchased a Rii i25 mini remote. It looks like it's a very nice remote, but for the life of me I'm struggling to program the IR buttons.

I bought it on Takealot. In the ad it said it had 24 programmable buttons. But when I activate the learning function, only 4 buttons on the remote responds. Not even the D-pad wants to be programmed. Am I missing something?

I'm trying to set it up to replace my TV remote, as well as my soundbar.

Any advise would be appreciated.

The IR buttons are only the orange coloured ones. The white ones function through the wireless USB thing

Also have one, for probably 2 years. Never had the need to program the buttons. Only thing I'd like, is for the D-Pad to work via RF and not IR.
