Hello

I am currently on Telkom 4 mb uncapped and I'm not very pleased with the speeds we are getting, we get around 120kb/s which is the speed of a 1 mb.

I want to move from Telkom to Mweb 4mb premium but keep my Telkom line and just change the data. I asked my mom about changing and she said signed a contract with telkom. I want to know if its still possible to change the data even thought we signed a contract for the world slowest speeds.

Any help will be appreciated..

Have your mother log a fault with Telkom to sort out your line speed. Changing ISPs will not magically make your line faster.

Probably not. You need to provide more details. It all depends on the content of the contract.

Also ask your mother to phone Telkom and confirm that she is on a 4Mb Telkom Internet profile.

In that case log a query with Telkom. It's obvious there's an issue with the account.
