Ok, I've calmed down now.

Was not impressed wish service delivery of my new "uncapped" account. Only time will tell if it's really worth it with the shaping they are doing.

Maybe you should elaborate as to which provider you are using and any specific negative experiences (slow download speed examples, what you are using the account for such as online gaming, etc). The time of day that these occur would also be helpful.
