You could try running AdGuard on your network and block it through that.
But on the router as is, unlikely.

Just take kid off network and let the kid earn/buy their own data.

Then you did something wrong.. the entire internet most definitely does not exist solely within those IP ranges..
Oops my bad, I think I missed the ip range part. I.will gove it a try.

Edit: Or you could just tell them all to pitch in for their own LTE router. Rain is 470/month. With family it's best just to get them their own network entirely as it keeps the peace

If u need to know, domestic uses it while she is working, and there is always an emergency when I ask.
Inlaws are annoyingly loud and are on the phone 24/7 when they are here.
Cell phone signal is weak in the house so at least they will have to go out and talk if they have to.

Just tell them to stop using it or change the wifi password. Either way your going to have to tell them even if you block it as they will then pester you why its not working.
