I have been running a Neotel NeoFlex 10GB account for 2 and a half months.
During this time we have had non stop problems from neotel from billing,
Signal problems, to bad technical & account support.
We are currently in the Fourways area and it is claimed that we have Perfect signal.
Which we did for the 1st Month of having the device, then all of a sudden our signal
drops from mid to low to non. And we never have a EV-DO network LED on. Thus the
result is unbelievably slow internet.
Honestly i think 2 tin cans and some string makes a faster more reliable internet
connection than Neotel.
However the constant problems and (cellphone) support calls are costing us time
and money and we are trying to run a business. How do we go about canceling our
contract?
PS: I believe these problems are a breach of the user agreement and on canceling
of our contract we have no intention of paying the remaining months on the contract!
