Canceling Neotel?

I have been running a Neotel NeoFlex 10GB account for 2 and a half months.
During this time we have had non stop problems from neotel from billing,
Signal problems, to bad technical & account support.:sick:

We are currently in the Fourways area and it is claimed that we have Perfect signal.
Which we did for the 1st Month of having the device, then all of a sudden our signal
drops from mid to low to non. And we never have a EV-DO network LED on. Thus the
result is unbelievably slow internet. :mad:

Honestly i think 2 tin cans and some string makes a faster more reliable internet
connection than Neotel. :rolleyes:

However the constant problems and (cellphone) support calls are costing us time
and money and we are trying to run a business. How do we go about canceling our
contract?:confused:

PS: I believe these problems are a breach of the user agreement and on canceling
of our contract we have no intention of paying the remaining months on the contract! :mad:
 
I'm sure you just have to pay for the modem and not the remaining months unless they've changed something...
