Can't load data bundles

I can't seem to load any data bundle via the *111# menu. I can go all the way through to the end then it says 'technical problem' after the second confirmation prompt. Tethering al R2 per meg ain't going to work either.

Try calling 155 and asking them to load the bundle for you.

The data bundle service is also unavailable via the web interface. I had to load a bundle via SMS.
 
Mine been doing this for some time,also eventually just used SMS(well, ussd),difficult a IPAD
 
Later that day when I checked my airtime balance I see the data bundle had been loaded, thanks for the offer to help.
