Hey techies, my son has an ASRock P4 board, and I was unable to load Windows 7. I contacted ASRock support and they confirmed that the pacific board could would not run Windows 7 (apparently this happens to quite a few P4 boards), that to me is a challenge right there. So after doing research I stumbled upon a program Win to Flash, utilizing the USB port. I first changed the setting on the Bios and installed Windows 7 on the machine via USB Flash drive (Win to Flash allows you to write an ISO to the flash drive). Note that all drivers that work for XP do not necessary work on Windows 7, so download new drivers from providers. always first check with manufacturers.
