Cap - has anyone been hardcapped ?

Suddenly this month the "average user"'s usage won't be well below 3 gigs... if it still is then Telkom's statements about people always using less than 3 gigs will actually have some merit... therefore it is our duty to blow as many gigs as we can!

I would of course download a lot, but I don't have the patience to be on the slower connection. I ahev to use Skype, and I have to remain below my 3 gig so I can still get the "experience". :|
