Cape Town: David Forbes murder case

From the photos I've seen his wrist/arm was bandaged, could have been as a result of a knife or something...
 
This guy having a casual smoke and relaxing while waiting for the police doesn't sit well with me. Is this a familiar situation for him? Why would he react like he just stomped a bug? Something is just off about this whole thing.

If the dude threatened him then I still don't understand. So he gets threatened, the 'assailant' then goes to sit in his car. He follows him and shoots him while he sits in the car? How much of a threat was the guy sitting in the car though?

Where is the cctv footage?

All relevant questions. Time will tell i guess.
This whole thing stinks but I hope we get the true story soon if I here anything I will post as well.

Waiting for the police was/is the right thing to do and may help his case that he didn't flee the scene. Also important to make sure no one tampers with the scene before the police arrive (e.g. someone may remove the knife he was stabbed with from the scene).

His coldness just appears callous to me. I interpret it as someone who is familiar with violence. Who is familiar with perpetrating violence against others. Who is unaffected by seeing someone suffer at his hands.

I guess I'm just bothered by the fact that he wasn't bothered about what just happened.

Smoking can be a stress reaction too. How fast was he puffing?

All I'm saying is the witnesses couldn't believe that this guy just killed someone based on his actions afterwards. It would also bother me that the calmest guy after a fatal shooting is the killer.

Maybe he's confused about ............ about the Opiel Monza 1996 car of the year. Have you offered it to be used as hearse for the funeral?

.....or his family... came to my mind; thus he made sure that he will not be able to harm his family and therefore the calmness.

We will have to wait for more details! He seems to be contend that he did what he had to do!

Ya. I don't think he is that kind of guy from what people are saying. But again we will only know once the investigation comes out. I hope it wasn't or nothing. Meaning just cold blooded murder.

It will be cold blooded murder as he shot him bluntly in front of witnesses. The main question is why but I do not think it will help his case?

i found this curious in the iol report:
“He was at my house just now. I told him to chill by us and buy some food. When he left I had a feeling that something was going to happen. I tried to phone him but his phone just rang.
