So he was found guilty then.. or is is just you that found him guilty?
No my question is if he got out on bail, shouldn't the accused in this case also be considered for bail?

He could have been the worst person on the face of the earth..
If he was not trying to kill the accused at the time of the incident.. then he was murdered.
No relevance ... not even found guilty for it... but hey.. crucify him.
So blatant ..

Get off your horse, where did I do that?
Sounds like you have all the facts.
No I don't...and I have not pretended to have either..
I have merely just stated exactly what is known.. as have others...
So did I... I made no reference to the shooter. Or did you miss that?
I know.. my reference to crucifying him was not directed at you... though it possibly could have been mistaken as such. Sorry.
Many possibilities - could have threatened the shooter's family for example.
Whatever the case, I'm sure we don't know even half the story and when it comes out it's going to be embarrassing for supporters on one side or the other.
What difference does it make....?
And here I thought the victim was ma se kind, a little angel?
Nothing of note apart from the fact that we had here in the victim a notorious criminal and a de facto killer if he was out on bail for murder. It opens a whole can of worms and here we thought as per media and poor family that an angel, that gave his mom R200.00, was murdered in cold blood while he was completely innocent from any wrongdoing that led to this unfortunate killing.
I have to ask why are you on defensive for this criminal?
here we thought as per media and poor family that an angel,
an obedient God-fearing young man.
while his very own son is on bail for murder“The death penalty should be implemented so that people can have respect to the constitution.”
Yep...alledgely a member of the HL's and a Gympie St. regular, doesnt surprise me in the least. The husband wondered where he got that nice car from for one so young who doesnt appear to work.not just that, also:

http://ewn.co.za/2015/01/27/Petrol-station-shooting-Victim-was-on-bailCAPE TOWN – A 23-year-old man who was shot dead outside a Gardens filling station in Cape Town this weekend was out on bail at the time of his death.
This emerged in the Cape Town Magistrates Court on Tuesday afternoon.
This was heard during H2O owner David Forbes’s bail application hearing, which was postponed.
The well-known concert organiser is accused of murdering Toefeeq Joseph.
Forbes shot Joseph at point-blank range at the busy filling station.
The investigating officer told the court Joseph was out on bail on a charge of murder at the time of the incident.
The officer also found four knives in the car of the deceased, one of which had blood on it.
Forbes on Monday told the court he had a 14 centimetre cut on his right arm and that he had acted in self-defence.
The case will resume on Wednesday.
We see this often. In court he will suddenly find religion and wear his 'keppie' to curry favour with the magistrate. Is it ironic then that his friends stood outside court with posters saying "NO BAIL FOR MOEGAMAT TOUFIEQ MURDUR"?
Who?We see this often. In court he will suddenly find religion and wear his 'keppie' to curry favour with the magistrate.
The guy who got bail then fetched 3 knives.Who?
