You're arguing in general and I'm arguing this specific circumstance - we're clearly not on the same page.

You claim to have no interest in these characters' lives, as you put it, but you're arguing in favour of the accused. Do I even need to point out the contradiction?

I'm not sure where you got the indication that I seem to think that the victim was squeaky clean because nowhere in my posts have I implied that.

The reporting is what it is because it's short on detail, and due to no fault of the reporter. The police are probably not keen to give information because this is still an on-going investigation and any leaks, might compromise that - this is standard practice.

In general. Like I said I have no idea what went down here, neither does anybody else speculating here.

Htf am I arguiing in favour of the accused, I'm saying a knife can kill a person. If the guy did indeed stab him and he reacted on the spot (not followed him etc) then he would have been within his rights to shoot him but I don't know what happened here, I don't know if the guy had a knife, wether the shooter chased after him after being stabbed etc etc etc

But yeah you are right I just waltzed in here made my mind up and decided the guy must have done the right thing to shoot him and now I'm he's biggest supporter for life :rolleyes:

PS Anybody know which prison he's in so I can go and visit my new best fried and give him some moral support? :D

this discussion is not a criminal trial.
your "mitigating circumstances" could even be cause for self defence, you dont know exactly what happened.
who are you are to tell me not to bring mitigating circumstances into the "murder" case.
do you think you are a judge now ?

Deal with facts then.... don't speculate on the victims character and try to justify the accused actions based on what you surmise the victim was like.
If he was a rapist or murderer himself, it has no relevance to the current case unless the victim was trying to kill the accused at that moment in time.

As for mixing in different circles.. we certainly do.. but for the record, all my friends, including myself, are armed.

He could have been the worst person on the face of the earth..
If he was not trying to kill the accused at the time of the incident.. then he was murdered.

No relevance ... not even found guilty for it... but hey.. crucify him.

So blatant ..
