Hi
I am curious about something: I run a capped account and downloaded data from a local site over the weekend that exceeded my cap. Subsequently I have no international cap left. I find that curious because my cap allows quite a large amount of local access?
It is not hard for an ISP to track local and international traffic and where it is coming from/going to - they do that already. My ISP has already acknowledged that the traffic on my account was primarily local, but I can temporarily upgrade to cure the problem. However my point is that there shouldn't be an issue in the first instance as the primary usage was local?
Any comments?
Thank you.
