I’m working on a new diet plan for myself but I have a problem with oxalates so I want to avoid leafy greens. I‘m trying to figure out what I lose if I cut them out of my diet (partially). I’m sure you all know that leafy greens are highly regarded as health foods, so I’d like to hear why I can be optimally healthy without eating them from you extremists?
Spinach, Kale, broccoli.
Thanks.
