I am trying to make a complete catalogue of all product lines in the beverage industry to distribute for free (online or via download) to my customers. Is there a software that you can recommend?

If the dataset is not static and your preferred distribution mechanism is the internet; then I recommend you look into hosting a JSON web service / API and optionally with filter parameters.

If however it's a once off and static dataset then throw it in something like Excel.

In either case, let Google be your guide.
