Cell-C Branded Handsets

I'm hoping I'm not posting on the incorrect forum. I've tried writing to Cell-c via their website but it says it doesn't recognize my number that IS a Cell-c number.
I purchased the Cell-c Titan cellphone (spreadtrum) that ends up being a cheap Chinese phone.
When I saw that it had Android 7 Nougat I thought it would be a decent phone.
The main issue I have is that the GPS doesn't work. I even went in to a local Cell-c outlet to enquire about it and they said they can't help me because I bought it at Edgars. It's branded CELL C!! If anyone can assist me in anyway it would be greatly appreciated.

Please be advised that you would have to return the phone to the point of sale and advise them of the issue that you are experiencing.

Problem is I've relocated to Gauteng form KZN.. Can I go to any Edgars? And what can I expect? Them sending my phone away? I do not have another handset to use,?
